- BA/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Math or similar;
- Strong mathematical background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning;
- Over 5 years of work experience in Machine Learning;
- Over 2 years of data science team leadership experience;
- Understand the principles of computer science algorithms and data structures, familiar with mathematical computing, including but not limited to statistical models, linear algebra, machine learning, and deep learning;
- Solid understanding of anomaly detection and signals processing and analysis;

What you will do
- Develop innovative machine learning algorithms for analysis of time series, generated by industrial process;
- Analyse algorithm performance bottlenecks and propose solutions for improvement and optimisation;

- 3+ years support experience of web/server-side applications;
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Experience troubleshooting customer issues and reading/debugging logs/code;
- Good knowledge of logging systems and modern monitoring solutions (ELK, Solr, Prometheus, Grafana);

- Sort out the common problems from customers regarding software usage and operation via email, phone or in-field support;
- Report complex problems to R&D team for analysis and resolution;
- Taking part in an on-call support rotation;

- Conduct Customer training programs;
