Cookie policy

Everything this site stores on your device, what it is for and how long it lasts. Most of it is not a cookie, and none of it is set unless you agree. You can change your choice at any time.

Your choice

Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary is stored on your device until you choose. Refusing is exactly as easy as accepting, and refusing is what happens if you ignore the banner. You can change your mind at any time, and ask us about any of it at support@conundrum.ai.

Strictly necessary

There is one, and it is there so the site can remember the choice you made and not ask again on every page.

  • conundrum.consent.v1 — records which categories you allowed. Held in your browser's local storage rather than as a cookie, and kept until you clear your browser data.

Analytics, only if you agree

These tell us which pages are read and where the site falls short. None of them is set unless you accept.

  • _ga and _ga_<id>, set by Google Analytics to tell one visitor's session from another. They last two years.
  • _clck and _clsk, set by Microsoft Clarity to join page views into a single visit. _clck lasts a year and _clsk lasts a day.
  • conundrum.session-attribution.v1 and conundrum.generate-lead.v1, held in your browser's session storage so that a single enquiry is not counted twice and so we know which campaign brought you here. Both are discarded when you close the tab.

Marketing

We set no advertising cookies and run no advertising pixels. The marketing category exists so that campaign measurement can be refused separately from general analytics, and so that we can ask properly if that ever changes.

Blocking cookies yourself

Every mainstream browser lets you block or delete cookies for a site. Doing so will not stop this site working, because nothing here depends on a cookie to function. See also our privacy policy.
