Terms of use
The terms on which Conundrum Industrial Ltd makes this website available.
Who we are
This site is operated by Conundrum Industrial Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 11540644, with a registered office at C/O Mishcon De Reya, Four Station Square, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom, CB1 2GE. Using the site means accepting these terms.
What the content is for
The material here describes our platform and the results we have measured at plants that use it. It is general information, not engineering advice for your operation, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Any benefit for a particular plant depends on that plant's ore, equipment, existing control and operating practice, and can only be established by assessing its own data.
Published results describe the circuits and periods stated alongside them. They are not a forecast of what another plant will achieve.
Who owns it
We own or are licensed to use everything on this site, including its text, diagrams, screenshots and the Conundrum name and logo. You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may not republish it, sell it or present it as your own without our written permission.
Availability and liability
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise either. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies to you.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a site we do not run, we are pointing at it, not vouching for it, and we are not responsible for its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
